OPTIMIZATION OF NEW STUDENT ADMISSION BASED ON THE WEBSITE OF MADRASAH ALiyah NURUL ALI EDUCATION MANAGEMENT INFORMATION STUDY

This research evaluates and comprehensively structures the optimization of the New Student Admission (PPDB) system at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ali using a highly functional and secure web-based Educational Management Information System (EMIS). Methods A comprehensive qualitative case study research design was implemented. Data collection methodologies involved prolonged depth interviews with institutional directors, comprehensive IT administrative tracking, network server analytics, and cross-sectional user feedback evaluations. Results: The integration of the website system achieved an extraordinary 85% reduction in processing times, minimized traditional operational overheads, stabilized security verification workflows, and provided automated graphical management reporting platforms for strategic executive planning.
